REP11:Performance Evaluation and Incentive System

This PLATFORM examines performance evaluation and incentive systems in both a rank and file
employee and a top manager level. The PLATFORM tries to create the knowledge on how a
certain incentive system interacts with corporate governance mechanisms and the corporate
value creation. The topics include performance measures, various compensation vehicles,
performance-pay system, and managers’ potential response to incentive.
