If you asked me what the number one strength of IUJ is, I'd say the people; the talented and highly motivated people with diverse backgrounds, ideas, and perceptions. IUJ's high quality faculty and the thoughtful staff and administration have been very helpful in preparing us to become tomorrow's global leaders in our own fields. I was contacted by IUJ regarding career counseling and services even before I landed my first foot on campus. Their determination and focus for bringing the students career opportunities prior to graduation truly amazed me.

My ultimate career goal is to launch my own business, and given my undergrad in engineering from the States and my previous career in IT, I realized that I needed to gain global business management skills and learn more about cutting-edge technology in order to succeed in today's business. The IUJ E-Biz Program matches my entrepreneurial ambitions perfectly through its advanced e-business and management study with multinational exposure and cross-cultural networking opportunities. The group projects for the courses come from real-life business cases that challenge and enhance my analytical thinking. The benefits from this extend beyond the classroom. I also enjoy the interesting class discussion of those case studies due to the various experiences and backgrounds of my diverse classmates.

I strongly believe this one-year experience at IUJ will not only spark my personal and professional growth, but also jumpstart my career in business. The International network that is built throughout the interactions at IUJ is simply priceless and remarkable. And for all that, I am always grateful that I've chosen IUJ and E-Biz Program.

The multi-cultural environment of IUJ is an optimal environment in which to acquire an international sense. This is especially true in IUJ's E-biz Program because it is an intensive program where we can learn so many things within one year. Group works are difficult to complete without mutual cooperation in this rigorous environment. Therefore, IUJ is a perfect place to learn teamwork, leadership, and communication skills in multi-cultural environment through these group works.

We can also design our own curriculum along our career plan through PLATFORM research and a variety of elective courses. In spite of my engineering background, I am taking marketing and strategic planning courses because management strategies are attractive for me, too.

I plan to work internationally in the future as a manager who has management skills as well as technological knowledge, and IUJ provides me with everything that I need to do so.

The very first thing I noticed when I arrived at IUJ was how tremendously diverse it is. I found myself sharing in a unique international setting with students from all over the world.

In that sense, the E-Business Management Program benefits from this aspect as well. The program is fortunately structured in such a way that teamwork is as important as individual effort. All the E-Biz students have many opportunities to closely work hand in hand in groups in which all the members are striving to represent their countries and their good qualities abroad.

Although getting acquainted with people from a number of different backgrounds is largely gratifying, the development of skills that allows us to effectively work with a variety of people represents the fundamental and real challenge. I believe that for a graduate student there's nothing quite as promising and rewarding as learning how to find a productive way to be competitive in this international environment because actually, e-businesses don't seem to have physical boundaries.
