Accessibility to professors is easier than overseas major MBA schools

Japan
MBA 2nd-year
Kajima Corporation
I believe there are three methods of learning, which are from professors, from classmates and from textbooks. Accessibility to professors is relatively easier than overseas major MBA schools because IUJ is such a small community.
In addition, as IUJ is a truly diversified environment with students from all over the world, there are good opportunities to learn how other classmates think and how my perceptions are different from others. I would say IUJ definitely meets those three components.
I want to be an entrepreneur in the broadcast/media sector and want to be a "World No.1"
India
MBA, 2nd-year
I want to create freedom and abundance for myself and for the world around me. I want to be an entrepreneur in the broadcast/media sector and want to be a "World No.1" in my chosen career path.
I am going through a huge personal transformation here and I want to transform the lives of underprivileged people. I want to apply my management education to solve real world problems.
IUJ has been instrumental in many ways in helping to set my path towards my goals. Through my various experiences in and outside the classroom, I am able to evaluate and assess myself, which paves the way for setting clear short term and long term goals.
The experience of multi-cultural cooperation in studying at IUJ will be very helpful in the future

Taiwan
MBA 2nd-year
The experience of multi-cultural cooperation in studying at IUJ will be very helpful in the future. We have a lot of chances to work with people from different countries.
At the beginning, I thought the differences were not because of culture, they were based on people's personalities. However, after many team work exercises, I realized that culture will influence people's values. And I really learned a lot from those cross-cultural experiences.
After IUJ, I believe I will have opportunities to work in Japan, Taiwan, and China. In any of these countries, Japanese is a very useful tool in business, and IUJ gives me the chance to practice my Japanese.
Studying at IUJ helped me sharpen my analytical and communication skills
Cote d'Ivoire
MBA 2nd-year
At IUJ I had the chance to work on the business world's most famous and commonly in use cases. Studying at IUJ helped me sharpen my analytical and communication skills.
I also improved my knowledge thanks to my classmates who are from miscellaneous backgrounds. Team-based class activities helped improve my ability to work in diverse organizational backgrounds given tight time constraints.
I plan to work in the financial services industry, and with the help of the dynamic and efficient career service I found an internship at a very famous company. That experience combined with the program I attend at IUJ helped me to improve my knowledge and gain skills to be successful in achieving my career goals.
