Scholarships

IUJ is pleased to offer our successful applicants a variety of scholarship support to attend our 6 degree programs. Matches are made on a competitive basis, at the time Admissions, and based on the objectives of our various partner organizations, companies and foundations. Below is a quick list of the types of scholarships that applicants may be matched with, both directly by IUJ, through nominations from IUJ, and by independent applications with requests to join the IUJ community. For Non-Japanese Applicants

Non-Japanese IUJ applicants who do not have sufficient funds can apply for scholarship(s) as listed below. Please read this information carefully and apply for appropriate scholarship(s).

I. List of Scholarships at IUJ

Providers make final decisions.

IUJ informs applicants of both our recommendation and the results as soon as the provider informs us.

The selected student is not eligible to apply for upgraded scholarship such as Monbukagakusho Scholarship

II. How to apply for scholarships

 

Category A :

- If you want to apply for a category A scholarship, please submit an “Application for 2010 Scholarships available for IUJ Studies” (attachment) to IUJ together with your complete application for admission.

IUJ will allocate the appropriate scholarships to successful applicants who submit all completed application documents for 2010 admission including this scholarship application form by the ??deadline of admission application. Scholarship Application form must be submitted by admission ??application deadline.

Category B :

- For category B scholarships, contact the institutes or offices concerned to begin the application process.

In addition to the scholarships you may be offered before arriving at IUJ, there are a few scholarships you may try for (depending on your academic and financial needs status) after your IUJ education begins. The OSS staff provides application instructions on the campus bulletin board in a timely manner.
