The OSS works closely with the Housekeeping staff and Dorm Director to provide IUJ students with a comfortable place to live and study.

The OSS is in charge of room assignments and Check-in/Check-out processes, Maintenance Fee charges, kitchen and lounge orientations, and works with student to resolve dorm issues.

The Dorm Director is located in the Housekeeper’s office in SD1 and is available to residence for consultation on anything from off-campus housing and cars, to kitchen use and lounge use, to any private concerns students would like to raise.
